Kids Write 4 Kids Creative Challenge
Posted on 10/15/2019
Ripple Foundation is a charitable organization that aims to empower the next generation of leaders by fostering creativity and cultivating a passion for reading and writing in youth across Canada. One of our programs is the annual Kids Write 4 Kids (KW4K) Creative Challenge.

KW4K is an annual writing contest for students in grades 4-8. The winning stories are published and made available for sale at Amazon, Apple iBook store, Google, and Overdrive. The net proceeds from these book sales will be donated to the winners’ charity of choice. In addition, the winner will be part of the judging panel for the following year’s contest.

Since 2012, fifteen young writers have been published, serving as an inspiration for their peers. You can check out all the titles on our website and watch Meet the Author videos.

The contest accepts submissions beginning October 1, 2019, and the entry deadline is March 31, 2020. You can find more information at ripplefoundation.ca/contest

We have mailed out a letter-size poster to you to help share this opportunity with your schools.
